Use this function to send DreamInk a clear withdrawal notice. Include the purchase date and your order, project, or payment reference if available. You do not need to give a reason.

Submitting this form records the date and time of your notice and emails you a receipt. DreamInk will review whether the statutory withdrawal right applies. Personalized goods and digital content whose supply began after the required express consent and acknowledgment may be excluded. Mandatory remedies for faulty or non-conforming products remain available.
