Company onboarding books
A company onboarding book should make culture concrete.
Most onboarding material explains systems and policies. An illustrated company onboarding book can explain why the company exists, how decisions are made, which customer stories matter, and what the principles look like in practice. DreamInk is developing this format through its partner program.

Use stories to explain operating principles
A principle becomes easier to remember when the book shows a real decision, customer moment, or tradeoff. Policies can remain in the handbook while the book provides the narrative context that helps people understand them.
Separate evergreen culture from changing procedures
Origin, mission, customer promise, and decision principles can belong in a lasting book. Software instructions, legal policies, and frequently changing process details should stay in maintained operational systems.
Require company review and evidence ownership
The company should identify who owns each story, quotation, image, and factual claim. A reviewable production process helps legal, people, brand, and subject-matter owners approve the final edition.
